Synopsis

1.) God is Your Future!

Afraid, confused, upset, worried, or in doubt about the future? Everyone struggles with this. Learn how to be open and ready to allow God to direct your future! God is your future! God wants us to trust Him. Through examples in the life of Moses, God shows His plan unfold for a Messiah who will guide His people. Jesus is it! Jesus is Lord and Master of the Universe. Only in Jesus can we find our true life. May 23, 2011

2.) Know Jesus, Know Yourself

“A human being does not and can not understand themselves apart from Jesus Christ.” Pope John Paul II encyclical Redemptor Hominis (The Redeemer of Man)

We are made in the image of God, to grow into the likeness of God. When God becomes man in Jesus we see, in Jesus, what God can do with our humanity. In Jesus we can see the potential of our humanity: the capacity for greatness and for goodness, for holiness, for love and for wisdom. Until we know Jesus, we are unable to know ourselves. May 30, 2011

3.) Open Yourself to Jesus

How can we know the greatness and grandeur of who Jesus is? Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI help us unravel the goodness, holiness, and virtues of Jesus, what He has done for us and continues to do for us today. Through the metaphors of light, fire, water, and a good shepherd, we learn to open ourselves to Jesus who shows us how to overcome our challenging trials. June 13, 2011
4.)  Jesus and the
Kingdom of God

Jesus said, “The kingdom of God is at hand. Repent and believe in the gospel!” Mark 1:14

Pursue Jesus. Jesus is King. How did he bring about his kingdom? In humility, service, and by laying down his life. These are the signs that the kingdom of God is present: healing, deliverance, and the poor (who can not pay for it) receive the good news of the kingdom. How Jesus and the kingdom come together defines the church. The followers of Jesus are the church, the bride of Christ, Holy Mother the Church. June 27, 2011
5.) Jesus as Servant

Jesus calls each of us into the way of life of humble service. This is how the kingdom of God will come about. Based on the Gospel of Mathew 20:20-28, we find the tools we need to become servants. Mother Teresa of Calcutta teaches us how to follow the example of Jesus by being a servant to the poorest of the poor. July 25, 2011
6.) Jesus the Healer

Pope Benedict XVI exhorts us to focus on Jesus, as God, as the one who suffered and died for our sins and removed those sins. Jesus is infinitely more powerful that the devil and has a plan of salvation for all of us.

We can get all tangled up in evil. In healing, we have to face the reality of the evilness of disease, sickness, and evil spirits. Jesus came to give us super abundant life (John 10:10). Jesus is the source of life! Healing and Deliverance depends on the participation of your involvement in the inner life of God. Fr Jerry will show us how to participate in the inner life of the Holy Trinity. August 1, 2011
7.) I Am Who I Am in Jesus We can celebrate the reality of our existence by saying, “I am”. But what does that mean? To the extent, the depth, meaning, reality, the magnitude and grandeur of what that means depends on your relationship with Jesus! Jesus is our brother, our friend, our companion on the journey. He is always with us and about us.

Who Jesus is, that is who you are becoming! August 8, 2011
8.) The Cross In the Epistles of Saint Paul we learn what the Cross of Jesus means to us in our daily life. These scriptures give us a completely different perspective on what life is about when we see things through the Crucifixion of Jesus. Basically, dying to ourselves and living to God. It’s mysterious! August 22, 2011
9.) Holy Trinity,
Healing Family
Jesus presents a whole new way of life! Jesus invites us, as the children of God, to ‘come back home’ to share his position in the heart of the Father and to share his place in the Holy Trinity. The Holy Trinity is the original family. In order for us to create a good family we must draw what we need from the mutual relationship between the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.

In our relationship with Jesus we can share his own friendship with the Father in the Spirit. What a marvelous gift! August 29, 2011
10.) The "Our Father"
and Spiritual Warfare
“Alleluia! Salvation, Glory, and Might belong to our God!” Revelation 19:1

By praying the Our Father slowly and devoutly, we can be delivered from evil and not fall into temptation. Almighty God is all-powerful, omnipotent, with the absolute fullness of being eternally and infinitely, without limit. He holds us in existence with His Love. When we praise and worship the Lord our God, the demons cannot stand it. They flee. Jesus has defeated the demons totally and completely! Learn more in this fascinating talk. September 26, 2011
11.) Humility and Sharing
in the Friendship of God
“Love is the most noble road one can travel but only the humble travel it.” Saint Augustine

We are called into a relationship with Jesus in humility, gentleness, and patience bearing with one another through love. The topic for this talk is humility, the battle between good and evil as lived out in our relationships, and learning about the relationships in the Holy Trinity. Sanctifying grace gives us a share and participation in the life of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. October 3, 2011
12.) Believe the Good News! Our sins are forgiven! We are going to rise from the dead and be given a new life in the resurrection. The Kingdom of God is present and active in our midst. How do we go about identifying the kingdom of God? Operating in the kingdom of God? Listen and find out how Jesus defines the kingdom of God as being based on the truth of God’s word. October 10, 2011
13.)  Love Flows From
Humility and Obedience
True religion is easy to understand and hard to do.

In trying to understand Jesus, the more goodness we see in him, the more holiness and beautiful attributes we see in him then it is easier to love Him. There is a ‘double gift’ in loving Jesus: we can only love Jesus by God’s own love! As we endeavor to love Jesus then he will give us his own love with which to love him and we will be filled up with Jesus’ love. This will change your life.  October 31, 2011
14.) Our Relationship with
God is like a Romance

Jesus loves us! The Sacred Heart of Jesus is watching us. By studying the scriptures and the lives of the saints like St Faustina, St Augustine, St Margaret Mary Alocoque, and Blessed Mother Teresa we will learn how to fall in love with Jesus. Would you like to love what Jesus loves, in the way that He loves? Fr . Jerry teaches that studying the life of Jesus will transform our ability to love. November 7, 2011

15.) The Heart of Jesus
Heals Our Heart
You need POWER. How do you get it? Unite your heart to the Heart of Jesus. All problems are under the influence of your sins. By uniting your heart with the Heart of Jesus you receive the power of the Holy Spirit to overcome bad attitudes, sinfulness, and be released from their destructive influence. Come closer to Jesus by filling yourself up with God’s supernatural life: go to Confession, read the Bible, and say your prayers. Jesus is always available to help you! Believe it.

“Our help is in the name of the LORD, Who made Heaven and Earth.” Psalm 124:8  November 14, 2011
16.) A Life of Grace
in Jesus and His Father
"One drop of sanctifying grace is worth more than the whole of Creation."  St Thomas Aquinas

Sanctifying grace is supernatural! Baptism brings you into a life of sanctifying grace which is faith, hope, and charity. When you make an act of faith, an act of love, an act of hope, what happens inside of you is worth more that all of creation. You are participating in the inner life of God. This will last forever and ever! Alleluia!  November 28, 2011
17.)  Leadership and Discipleship

Jesus is the way even if you think you are not lost. The world is desperately searching for leaders. What are the principles that guide a leader? How well do you represent Jesus to your spouse? your children? at school? at work? Listen to this talk and find out about the mission Jesus has given each one of you individually, uniquely, and particularly.  December 5, 2011

18.) Only in Jesus Can We Learn How to Love

Love is difficult to understand. Love is “to do good”.  By studying the manifestation of love through the life of Jesus, we will be able to follow Jesus more carefully and understand how to love. Will you take on the challenge to love as Jesus loves?  1 John 4:16  “…come to know and to believe in the love God has for us...” December 12, 2011

19.)Jesus is Lord:
and We Share in His Lordship

In Philippians 2:11 we read, "...let every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord..." Through an act of faith we proclaim, Jesus is Lord! What does it mean to perceive life through this act of faith? In order for the Lordship of Jesus Christ to influence our daily lives, it has to become a driving force that we live out, especially when we are being challenged.   January 9, 2012

20.)Freedom in Christ Jesus;

John 8:32 “…the truth shall set you free.”  What is the truth that can liberate us? It is Jesus who really makes us free. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Jesus himself has promised freedom to us. John 8:36, “…if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.” Freedom is based on the mercy of God. Mercy enables us to live with our mistakes until we get it right. Learn how freedom and mercy go together! January 23, 2012

21.)The Attributes of Love
in Christ Jesus

There has to be a balance between giving and receiving love. You cannot give more than you receive. I Corinthians chapter 4
and chapter 13 gives a biblical view of loving. In order to be able to love, you have to develop a lot of different virtues.  By living the attributes of Love, we grow into a deeper relationship with Jesus.  “Perfect sanctity is in loving Jesus.” St Alphonsus Liguori   January 30, 2012

22.)  "Jesus in Us & Us in Jesus, in the Church" February 6, 2012
