After you have entered your contact information (in the next few steps) you will need to finalize (confirm) your reservation by sending a check payable to Benedictus.   The mailing address is:

You will receive an e-mail notice that your pre-reservation has been received.  This e-mail will also show the total amount of  the payment required and the mailing address. We will email a confirmation that the check has been recieved.

Finalized (Confirmed) reservations are final and can only be cancelled in case of an emergency.     Please e-mail us if this may apply to you.   Thank you for your understanding.   We are making a commitment to the Conference facility based on finalized confirmations.
